Global Public Vote Matter

We cannot have AI and also nuclear weapons.

Now that AI systems such as transformer LLMs are prevalent and unregulated, the infrustructure and those who control nuclear arms cannot be guarenteed to not be influenced or manipulated by LLM AI systems.

Futher, aging weapon stockpiles need testing, as well as newly developed nuclear arsenals. Testing underground ruins the geologic record and/or resources for thousands of years. We cannot afford for every developed nation to have continuous testing schedules.

Should we ban nuclear defense globally and retire all nuclear weapons?
